WHY NO NEWSPAPER ADS?
BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO RUN MY ADS
In 2004, I won 78% of the vote in the primary and my name was on the ballot in November right next to Bush and Kerry. In 04 & 06, I sent a flyer very similar to the one you are reading to every newspaper in the 8th congressional district, 22 newspapers, only 2 agreed to run my ad. What does freedom of speech mean, that I can go out and yell, 'vote for me' to passing motorists? I used to wonder how could the government get away with promoting policies that 80% of the voters opposed, like busing, affirmative action or immigration. I reasoned that a candidate would run for office and oppose these policies and he would win and the polities would change.
That's exactly what I did. Now the mystery is solved. The newspapers made sure the people never knew I was running. We haven't had an honest election in decades because the newspapers determine who will be allowed to be heard, thus who will be elected and thus, what the laws will be. The right to vote means nothing if the alleged newspapers prevent the voters from obtaining the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision. If it is important for the votes to be accurately counted as the 2000 election in Fla.
illustrates, wouldn't it be just as important for the voters to be allowed to hear the postions of the candidates? How can we call this process an election if only one candidate is allowed to present his ideas to the voters? If elected, I will require newspapers to run ads for all legally qualified candidates just like electronic media is already required to do.
WHY A WRITE IN CANDIDATE?
Because after I won, despite the media blackout, the Republican Executive Committee threw my name off the ballot. This is America? What is the purpose of an election if they can throw your name off the ballot after you win? On March 25, 06, the 66 members of the Executive Committee of theRepublican party voted to have my name taken off the ballot despite the fact that the Division of Elections, Tenn. had already sent me a letter stating that I had fulfilled their requirements and that my name would appear on the ballot in the Aug. 3 Republican primary. Can 66 votes cancel the 60,000 votes I got in the general election and the 78% of the vote I got in the primary in 2004? In George, weapons of mass destruction, Bush's America, 66 votes are worth more than 60,000. In Soviet Russia, the politboro, (Executive Committee), would simply shoot candidates they did not like. In the polite totalitarianism of George Bush's America, they simply take the candidate's name off the ballot so voters can't vote for him.
George Bush says we should fight for democracy in Iraq. How about a little democracy in this country, the United States. What is the purpose of an election if the Executive Committee of 66 people can take the name of the candidate chosen by 60,000 people off the ballot? What would prevent an Executive Committee of 66 People from throwing George Bush's name off the ballot Despite the votes of thousands of Americans? "This shall not stand"
or democracy is a farce in America.

Press release from James Hart for Congress Committee regarding Saddam Bush's threat to send more of our boys to fight in Iraq: We have sent our best and bravest to sacrifice and die to free the people of Iraq from a brutal gangster, who masqueraded as a president. We succeeded in capturing Saddam and turned him over to the people of Iraq who tried and executed him in much the same manner as Saddam did his opponents when we, the United States, supported Saddam in his war against Iran. (We change sides in the muddle east, that's right, muddle east, more often than a merry go round.) How do the people of Iraq thank us for sacrificing the lives our kids to help them? They killed and maimed 25,000 of our best and bravest. We have done enough. If the people of Iraq want their freedom, let them fight for it. Bring our boys home.

Stop Looting Social Security Fill It with Congressmen
I expect to see a UFO before I expect to see a social security check with my name on it. As the workers generally
frown on tax increases and the proletariat slum denizens vote for those who give them entitlements, the brilliant
financial genius in Washington came up with the veritable Aladdin's lamp of funding for unlimited government spending.
Without bothering to tax people or even borrowing the money, they decided that they would simply borrow it from
social security and put it into the general fund.

Stop Giving Our Jobs Away with Free Trade - Save Our Jobs by Repealing NAFTA
Free trade will send your job to Mexico. Do you realize that without unions and tariffs to protect us American
workers would still be working for 11 cents a day like a Chinese coolie? It took 100 years of union activity to
pass labor laws that require an American factory to pay $5.15 minimum wage and social security. When congress passed the
North American Free Trade Act, they threw all that away because they eliminated tariffs on imports from Mexico. After
NAFTA American factories could move to Mexico and no longer have to pay a tariff on goods they import to the US. Naturally
thousands of our jobs moved to Mexico because once the factories were there, they no longer had to pay social security
and the minimum wage is what 30 cents a day.

Stop Promising Tax Cuts We Can't Deliver - Issue Usury Free Money - Only Then Can We Cut Taxes
The politicians who tell you they will cut taxes are playing you like the shareholders of Enron. Don't you believe it.
The fact is that taxes can not be cut because the budget cannot be balanced because of usury, euphemistically referred to as
interest on the national debt. This usury has compounded for years until it is now in the trillions of dollars. Why do
American workers have to pay usury/interest on their own money? Ask you congressman. If the government can print usury bearing
treasury bonds to finance the government, as they do today, why can they not just as easily print usury free dollars like
Lincoln did? If he had not been assassinated, our national debt today would be zero. There is absolutely no reason why workers
should allow bankers to claim a divine right to usury today any more than King George III had a divine right 200 years ago. My
first task as congressman will to be vote to issue usury free dollars, only then can I cut your taxes.
